Community Park
The Grand Pointe Community Park is set to open in mid-to-late spring 2023. This new common area is being constructed in Phase 6 of Grand Pointe and will feature one of the largest playgrounds in the city, a new pavilion for community and private events, limited parking, and a new home for food trucks. The park will be located at the corner of Windword Pointe Drive and White Pine Drive.

Situated in a beautiful corner park, the Grand Pointe Park Pavilion is a great place to host parties, large family gatherings, and other special events. Rentals include exclusive use of the park pavilion, smart TV, and fireplace. Rentals are allowed each day from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.
