2024 Board of Directors Application Open

The application for Grand Pointe Homeowners interested in joining the Board of Directors or Architectural Control Committee is now open. The deadline to apply for the Board of Directors is Thursday, March 7 at 6 p.m. Noon. Click here to launch the application.

In accordance with Grand Pointe HOA Bylaws, homeowners must complete the Board application by the stated deadline to be eligible for election to the Board that year. In 2024, there are two seats up for election on the Board of Directors. The Board will appoint one applicant to fill the vacant Board position following the resignation of Phillip Brewer after selling his property in Grand Pointe earlier this year.

Anyone interested in serving the community is encouraged to apply. If you have questions, please reach out to a Board member who is not up for election this year.
